The Count Down Begines

Well Its a official count down to the beginning of my weight loss journey. We start on WW tomorrow and I am very excited and can't wait :) I know alot of people that read my blog are sick of seeing WW stuff instead of knitting or blackberry,but this is something that is really important to me and I want a real record of the work I have done.
