For once in my life I will make this work . I am doing small steps with work outs because I don't want to push to far with the high blood pressure,so I am doing what I can but I do plan on pushing it as much as possible till I get were my body is working hard. Rubbing Alcohol To Clean Dry Erase Board
http://www.stretcher.com/stories/06/06feb27c.cfm This web link is for information on all the ways to use simple rubbing Alcohol that we all have in our homes.
This is why I am posting this. I have used rubbing alcohol on my Blackberry to clean the the whole phone including the track ball ever since I have had a Blackberry. It works very well because it evaporates very fast and it disinfects your phone at the same time, which we all need since it is always in our hands or we sit it some were. Well today I was looking at the 2 dry erase boards I have on my freg and they are just nasty with old ink that I can not get off for the past year. So I decided to hit google up to see if there was a homemade dry erase board cleaner and guess what.... Rubbing Alcohol was it in a spray bottle or on a cloth. Well I went to it and could not believe how easy and fast my boards became new again! Just amazing to me . So this really saved me some money peps. So next time you are in the dollar store pick up a couple bottles of rubbing alcohol to make your life simple and cheap for all your cleaning needs. Please check out the link above to read all the things that it can do for your home. I mean we all like cheap and clean , right?

On My Way
Well I went out and bought The Biggest Loser for the Wii and I have to say it is really making me work :) I don't know if I have told everyone but my Fiance use to be a personal trainer and a body builder. With this being said we have decided to go gym hunting so that we can work out together. I have a treadmill and full weight set and bench at home but I think getting out and having to be around people will help me move more and drive me more. I just really have decided that being out of shape and fat is not going to work for me anymore and I am on the road to success.
This week I have done my food journal every day, counted my calories and made sure I have made all the right chooses with food. I'm thinking I need to go buy a cookbook for some new ideas so i do not become tired of what i'm eating or that my body gets use to it. Having a great time with this journey and can't wait to see the changes coming my way.

First being that I have done super well doing my food journal and meal planning, and second for trying to work out on the Wii Fit. Its just been really fun pushing myself into lossing the weight and changing my life right now. Anyone reading this doing Weight Watchers? let me hear from you please.. Love to read other blogs about weight loss journeys. Till next Week.

McNugget Attack
(AP) Police say an Ohio woman punched through a McDonald's drive-through window because she couldn't get Chicken McNuggets.
Twenty-four-year-old Melodi Dushane has pleaded not guilty to a vandalism charge in Toledo. Police were called Friday to the restaurant where she allegedly became upset because chicken nuggets weren't available.
Police say Dushane was treated for injuries, then jailed. She was released on a recognizance bond and ordered not to have contact with the restaurant. The phone number for her home address isn't listed.
A manager at the McDonald's declined Monday to discuss the incident.
A Fort Pierce, Fla., woman was cited last March on a charge of misusing 911 after calling three times to complain about not getting McNuggets she ordered.
All I personally can say about this is what the hell are they putting in our food that we are going psycho over some chicken McNuggets!!! Think about it people.
